OL2K2 Scripts

I have created a form in OL2K sp1 which contains a script, however when the
form is used from OL2K2 SP2 the script does not run.

Any Ideas please

The form has been published into Organisational Forms Library and the
problem persists.

Sorry, not published to Org Forms Library, but to Public folder.

What kind of form is it -- contact, message, etc.? What is the state of the
"send form definition with item" box on the (Properties) page? Do items
created with the form show the correct value for the Message Class field if
you add it to the view?
