I have been using OL2K3 for months now and have had no problem with the
cache mode, which I use continuously.
Last Thursday, when the Swen virus was released, I noticed that my cache
feature was not working.
The Exchange server was protected from the Wen virus, so I was receiving the
cleaned virus e-mail and the NAV warning e-mail.
When I would change to online mode, I was able to see all of my mail, when I
deleted the virus related e-mails, caching worked again.
Once another virus related e-mail came in, caching stopped working again.
Removing the virus e-mail again caused the cache functionality to work
again, only to stop when the virus came in.
Has anyone experienced this behavior?
