[OL2K3] Welcome mail

Hello,

I've been searching for the possibility to change or have a custom 'Welcome'
mail when a user logs on to outlook for the first time.
I believe it was possible in Outlook2000 by altering the Office installation
where I believe a 'welcome.msg' was included that could be customized.

Is this possible in Outlook 2003, so we could create our own enterprise
welcome message ?

The "welcome.msg" feature went away in Outlook 2002 and never came back. What some organizations do is use a script to create a new user/mailbox and a new message to that user as one operation.
