OL98: send & receive w/dropdown

I just opened my OL98 and the icon on the menu bar titled "Send and
receive" with the drop down to select which mail account to use is
gone. (The "Send and Recieve" which accesses all accounts is still
there.)

Can someone refresh my memory on how to add this icon back to my
toolbar?

Either rename outcmd.dat with Outlook closed or you can reinstall Outlook 98
over itself which fixes a number of problems.
