OLAP access fails after system password change (since XP upgrade)

I have seen this topic posted a couple of times on here and have tried
all of the recommended fixes to no avail. Our situation is a little
different. I hope someone can help.

System
Project server 2002
Windows 2000 server
1 server environment

User System
XP

Here is the scenario. I have 1 user (out of hundreds) that loses access
to the OLAP cube after her system password changes. On her client she
has 2 accounts set up to access this database. 1 is with her Windows
authentication and 1 is with Server authentication. She does use both
from time to time from her PC. I believe this is the problem but she
has good reason. The server authentication account is also the owner of
all of her project plans. She did this so that either she or her admin
assistance could go in and accept updates. They only use the database
for reporting time.

Another note: when she goes to a different PC she can log in just fine.
My take is that this is a local registry issue in Microsoft project
client or password cache.

Any suggestions? Thanks ahead of time for your help.

What do you mean by "system password change?" If you're talking about her
Windows password, then you may need to clear the cookies in here browser
given the way she's using the system.
