Hello,
We are having a random issue among our users accessing the Portfolio
Analyzer section of PWA. Most users (with access) are able to access
the section and view reports with no issues.
However, random users (myself included at one time) are encountering
the error message below:
Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP
cube. The cube may not exist, or yu may not have permissions to access
the cube.
Note, they are set in the same way that other users who can
successfully access access this section. Also, when I had the issue, I
was able to log on to other people's machines with my ID/pword that I
had used on my machine and accessed the section with no issue. Someone
had recommended that Intranet and Trusted Sites Security custom level
settings be set to low. I was not able to do this on my machine, but a
new Windows profile was created for me and I am now able to access the
section no issue (note that when the new profile was set up...the
browser settings mentioned above were set to Low). This does not seem
to have worked for some of my other users.
Any suggestions?
Thank you!
Wendy
