OLAP and Project professional 2002 SP! data does not match

OLAP cube and PP 2002 SP1 data does not match. I have
certain custom accounts in Outline codes assigned to
tasks. When I try to see it in portfolio analyzer view,
the data is categorized to a different account than the
one assigned in portfolio analyzer view.
