Olap and tasks

Hello all.

Before I delve into the actual extending of the cube whether using the tool
from http://www.bogdanov-associates.com which I've seen the docs for etc, and
I've also read the entering the cube myself docs think I understand, but I
want to know if I will be able to create a report with information in a row
like....
Proj Fld1 (text), Resource, Closed Tasks, Next weeks tasks, Proj End Date.
I know I can get the tasks into the cube, but will be able to pull out this
kind of data?

Something like that is possible. However, your report would have more than
one row if a resource has more than one assignment (which your scenrario
suggests).

Your challenge would be in defining a formula for a custom field to
determine whether a task is "Next week's task." It is entirely doable, but
you will have to think hard about what you really want to see.

You would also need to use up a task field to contain the project end date.
