OLAP configuration error message...no such host is known

I have built the cube in 2007, I can see the view that I have built...but
when I go to edit the existing view and update the pivot controls, etc...I
get the following messsge
in the view definition section...

'...query could not be processed no such host is known...'

One more thing...I added a custom project field, but cannot see it in the
cube, even though I added it in the selected dimensions project window for
the cube build. do I have to add it in more than just the project cube, for
example assignment cube, I see that same field shows up? would that be why I
cannot see my custom project field in the field list of the cube, when
building a view?

There are 4 compatibility files that you must install ,,
sqlncli ,SQLServer2005_ASOLEDB9, SQLServer2005_BC, SQLServer2005_XMO .
Try that and give us feedback.

OK, found the problem, for some reason in the set up screen the URL value was
blanked out. Once I re-inputed the value editing works again. Thanks all
for your tips. Now onto why some customized fields don't show up in the cube
build, even after specifying to use them. The field list does not show these
customized project or resource text fields, that use lookup tables.
Shouldn't be this hard...just not work yet.
