OLAP Cube build error

We received the following error while building our cube today:

The cube scheduled to be built on 8/18/2006 at 1:56 PM failed.

(14) Cube didn't build because of security check failure

Anyone have any ideas on how to debug this one?

Hi Gene,

it looks like your Service account does not have sufficient rights to build
the cube. I would check if your service account is part of the OLAP
Administrator group within your DB Server.
Let me know if this solves the issue

The service account is in the administrator group. My NT admin rebooted the
server over the weekend, restarted MSPS and it fixed the OLAP build problem.
I wish we knew the root cause...
