OLAP Cube Creation error

When I am trying to create the cube I am getting the following error:

[7/15/2008 6:52 PM] Analysis Services session started
[7/15/2008 6:52 PM] Analysis Services session failed with the following
error: Failed to connect to the Analysis Services server edprojects. Error: A
connection cannot be made. Ensure that the server is running.
===== Process Completed =====
[7/15/2008 6:52 PM] Failed to build the OLAP cubes. Error: Analysis Services
session failed with the following error: Failed to connect to the Analysis
Services server edprojects. Error: A connection cannot be made. Ensure that
the server is running.

I would like to know whether there will be a explicit SQL analysis service
process up and running, if we see in Windows Start->Programs->Administrative
tools->Services? In my case i did not see any such process running on my
machine in services.

I would like to know whether I have the proper SQL Analysis services
installed on my machine. Am I missing some steps?
Does SQL analysis services come on separate CD or on same CD as SQL Server
2005. If it is a separate downloadable, kindly provide me the link.

I have Project server 2007 + SQL Server 2005 installed.

Go through this document in detail. You missed a step in the config somewhere
