OLAP Cube fails to build

I posted this earlier but I don't see it listed. I use PS 2003

The OLAP cube fails to build (no other message in PWA). This started
happening when IT changed out my computer and changed my name. They
are puzzled over how to fix it. Can anyone help?

Can you provide some more detail on precisely what IT did?

You may want to consider using the PSComPlus utility to recreate the
COM+ Identities.

HI Karen,

the cube build could have many different reasons, but the first one to check
is if your ProejctServer Service account password has changed. If this is the
case, you will need to use a tool that Stephen has described to re-initiate
the COM+ components. Let me know if this worked, if not we try the next steps
:)
Hope this helps

The only thing I could tell that IT did was change my name on the
email address, change the computer name, left the network login name
under my old name. The online help desks still logs me in in my old
name. I don't have specific details but I could ask and get back to
you.

Just to clarify...

The changes they made were to your client system and user account, not
the server system or an account being used by Project Server?
