OlAP Cube troubleshooting

Hi everyone,
I am trying to use the portfolio analyzer to bit i keep
getting the following:

"Unable to access the Microsoft Project Portfolio
Analyzer OLAP cube.

Possible Cause : The cube has not yet been built, or it
is currently being generated, or you do not have
permission to access the cube"

I was able to use it last week , but not now , evidantly.
I checked for the security settings , but they were ok
for last week , and no one changed them.

I had the same problem. The project manager was in the
Cube Adminstrator Role in SQL Analysis Services, but she
wasn't in the group OLAP Administrators on the machine
where Analysis Services was running. This may be a
security no-no but adding the project manager there worked
for me. Also, check the pscomplus settings and that the
account that Analysis Services uses to run hasn't been
locked out for some reason, this happened to us one time.
Also, I have had to generate the first cube manually
logged on as a user with very high priv (server
Administrator), then the project manager could access the
cube. Hope something here helps. I threw everything I had
at the problem, so I don't know which item did the trick.
