I have about 1000 ressourcer in my enterprise resourcepool. These
resourcer are allocated to project and projects are published . BUT.
.... In the OLAP cube some resources do not show correctly.
Some resources just don´t show - I think that it might be resourcer
who are not allocated to projects by now.
For some but not all resources their availability don´t show. I can
see the amout of work they have been allocated (confirmed) to and for
some resources their availibily show correctly and for some it don´ t
Resourcer are all addred from AD - and the availability in Proj Prof is
correectly shown for all resources.
Can anyone help me????
I have NOT installed SP2

Probably the most significant issue is that resources dont show in the cube
until they have at least one assignment that has been published

When you say some of the others dont show correctly ... is it their
availability, assignments and if so is it after a specified time

Project Server only calculates resource availability across the date range
that you specify in Manage Enterprise Features of the Web Access Client

This range can differ to the range you specify for the cube build - check
your settings here and let me know if you need any more help on this

Chris.

Is it really so that all resouces have to have at least one assignment
to show i OLAP?? I did not think it was like that.. The test I have
carried out showed that too, but I was kind of hoping there was a way
around. Apparently not.:-(

It is their availability - the EPM solution has been running for 3
months by now, and they still dont show correcty.

The funny thing is that for some resources both availability and
bookings show correctly and for the next 10 years, but for others the
availability is not shown at all AND only booking for 2-3 years are
shown. When I check Proj Proff. these resources have been booked for
the next 10 years and the bookings are confimed.
