OLCALNDR.DOT - Alternative template for 2003?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there was a version (or something similar) of
olcalndr.dot for Word 2003. It only works with pre-2003 installations, and is
quite a useful tool.

If anyone could provide any information regarding this it would be greatly
appreciated.
