OLD ALERT MGR

EPM 2007 + SP1
Just a moment ago, I recieved a pop up box that reads:

OLD ALERT MGR: Microsoft Project
Do you want to save the changes to (project name)? Yes / No

The application has locked up.

Does this make any sense to anybody?

Same thing happened to me twice yesterday, had to force close on app, restart
and re-enter lost data, real pain.
