Old Birthday Reminders

I have a client that receives all her birthday reminders for 2003 every time
she opens outlook. It doesn't matter what she does they keep coming back.

Does anyone know how to stop this?

Start->Run->outlook.exe /cleanreminders.

I gave it a try but we are still having the same issue. Is there anything
else that anyone can think of?
