I have a user using Outlook 2007 connected to an Exchange 2008 server. Today
he has reported 14 old emails (vary from 2 to 5 years old) from several
different folders have appeared in his Junk Mail folder. Each folder they
came from contains other emails which were not moved.
If they had come from one folder I could see it might have been accidental
but coming from different folders at the same time and not all emails from
the folders are affected seems to suggest something else.
There are no rules setup on his Outlook.
Has anyone any ideas what could be causing this?
