Old format or invalid type library

Hi
I try to open an Excel workbook from my C# program. When I do this on my own
computer, no problem occur. When I do the same from my client, I got "Old
format or invalid type library", and an expection pops up.
My client runs Excel 2003. My plattform is VS 2005, dotnet 2. Windows XP
Pro.
Hmmm.
