Old mailbox permissions reappearing when upgrading to Outlook 2003

When we upgrade accounts from Outlook 2000 to 2003 some users are getting old
users permissions reappearing that have been removed.

I have been getting the same thing throughout all of my upgrade
installations. I was able to change the permission login in Windows XP by
removing the Exchange profile before the upgrade, but in Windows 2000 it
still keeps the old permissions no matter what I do. I have used the Office
2000 removal utility and that doesn't seem to work either.

Glad to see that I am not alone.

Now all I need is a way to get it to actually work!!!
