Old problem New to Me...Can't sync with Blackberry, and...

my contacts in Entourage keep multiplying for no apparent reason. MS blames Apple Sync Services, Apple blames 3rd party BBerry apps like Pocket Mac or Missing Sync. Nobody seems to want to fix this.

Things were much better with Entourage 2004 under Tiger, now my entire Entourage-based business tracking might have to change. Any help out there that will actually work?? thanks

Make sure that everything is up to date first. I had this problem and it
slowly disappeared as I updated both MacOS X and Entourage.

Also avoid using middle initials in the System address book. They're not
supported in ENtourage and induce a duplication (with and without the
middle initial)

This is a known problem but it has to do with Entourage and not your
BlackBerry or Apple. Microsoft is aware of the problem and there is no
time-frame on a fix. There is a workaround which is a touch tedious.
