Old 'Puter - New Owner- Email Reply to Me, Not Her

My old computer in use several months in another city (via SAME ISP) has
generated a Reply TO MY Address from Company X to an email sent by wife's
friend from that computer. Has Outlook 2002 in it. If the ISP Email Set-up
has Me and Not Her, wouldn't I have gotten other Replies before now, And she
surely couldn't have sent emails left & right without Her Address registered?
How might this have happened? It's From eHarmony.com and answers a Complaint
back to MY NAME as though I'm trying to Date Other Women. Wife Loved That.
Thanks.

You didn't wipe the PC hard drive before giving to someone else?

I only Deleted all my Personal Folders-Files and think I Deleted Email
Account stuff, but this came up. I am to get Computer back when not needed
and trust her in the meantime. Too much work for her to Re-Install a
completely wiped computer. If she's been sending emails all along, How might
this have occurred just this one time?
