We are running Outlook 2002 on a 2003 Exchange server,
and are now experiencing a problem where people are
successfully booking meeting rooms as resources, then
deciding to move the meeting to another resource, and are
opening the meeting, removing the meeting room, adding
the new resource and then sending the update, which also
successfully books. However, the meeting in the original
meeting room is not being removed. We are able to
replicate this problem. Has anyone experienced this?
