Old-style icons appearing on Outlook 2007 custom forms

I created a custom contact form in Outlook 2003, and I'm now using the same
form in Outlook 2007. In Outlook 2003 the contact icon appeared on the
Taskbar as the new, more colorful XP style. In Outlook 2007, the same
contact displays the old, black-and-white icon dating from Outlook 2000.
How do I get the new-style icon to appear on the Windows Taskbar?
