old version of access problem

I am runnung the very old version of Access - 2.0
It has served me well but recently upon buying a new
computer I can no longer access my files. I get the
message "May not be Access Data base ... or file may be
corrupt" however I sure its not. any ideas?
I appreciate the help

Did you re-install Access 2.0 on the new computer?
Did you re-install Jet Upgrade 2.5 on the new computer?
