Old vs. New Contacts

Hi to everyone:
I just loaded the new Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. When I
drag a contact from the general list of contacts that I have to a "Business
Contact" I loose the last three tabs. Thats ok for all future things. I
have a lot of informatino on the "Activities Tab" that is not brought over.
What do I do in order to keep this info, as I do not want to loose it.

You would have to manually create history items for each activity, linking
it to the BCM contact. There's no bulk conversion process.
