Older file version, need conversion utility

Hi,

I'm using project 2000, and I've got a file (filename.mpp)
an when I try to open it, it says: files prior to project
98 are not able to be opened.

Is there a utility out there that will convert it for me?

Hello Matt,

You need MS Project 98 to do the gateway between version 4.0 or 4.1 and
version 2000+.

May be in this news group, somebody has the 98 version and could translate
your .mpp file if its data are not confidential.
