OLE DB Provider

Hi,
I have an issue.
The development manager uses Project 2000. The developers use Excel. I have developed a Excel VBA method to update the Project file (mpp).
The issue is that the developers workstation which has Excel, does not have Project installed.
I get an Provider Error.
How can I install the OLE DB Provider in the developer workstation?
