I have an OLE placed on a form, which is used to attach documents to a
record. My form also has multiple pages (tabs). The OLE seems to work fine
except when you go to the tab, then leave the tab without embedding a
document in the OLE field, you get the following message:
"The OLE object is empty.
You can't edit a boud object frame if the field in the underlying table
doesn't contain an OLE object.
Embed or link an OLE object into the bound object frame using the Object
command on the Insert menu."
Then you have to click on OK on the message to go away and be able to go to
a different tab or field.
Embedding/linking an object to the OLE is optional so I don't want the
message to appear. I've used OLEs before and never had this problem. How
can I get the message to go away?
Thanks!
