OLE error message

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with how I've coded this form, but
it's the only place in a large database where I get a particular error
message. When I attempt to create a new record in a particular form, but not
in the table itself, I sometimes -- not always -- get the following message:

"A problem occured while Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE
server or ActiveX Control. Close the OLE server and restart it outside of
Microsoft Access. Then try the original operation again in Microsoft
Access."

After the message box is closed, everything proceeds as normal and the
record is created as anticipated.

Neither closing the database nor re-booting the server has succeeded in
fixing the problem. Although it does not appear to affect the data nor
anything else, it's just a pain in the neck to get this error message all
the time and only in this one place.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

_Kevin
