OLE Error

A couple of days ago, I was visiting Microsoft.com, and decided to check for
updates to OFFICE. There was an update but I could not tell you what it was
for. Anyway, I was no longer able to open/access MS Outlook. The error I
got when it opened was:

An OLE registration error occurred. The program i not correctly installed.
Run setup again for the program.

I can access the other office products, but not OUTLOOK. I have done the
following to no avail. I keep getting the same error when OUTLOOK first
opens. What I have done is: 1) Run MSOffice SETUP to FIX office and, 2)
Uninstalled & Reinstalled MS Office.

I use Microsoft Office 2000 Premium. I have Win98-SE.

I would appreciate any help.
