I am currently running Windows XP Pro.
I use mostly Access 97 databases, but recently had to install Access XP to
solve a client's problem. I installed the XP version in a different folder
(not the default). Since that time I have been unable to add OLE objects in
my Access 97 database reports. I get the error message: "...Application
cannot communicate with the OLE server." "The OLE server may not be
registered." "To register the OLE server, reinstall it."
I have uninstalled the Access XP software, and reinstalled the entire Office
97 Professional software, but I still get the same error message.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
