OLE icons not displaying in VB 6.0 for Office 2k3 Apps

I am learning how to use OLE objects to launch applications within VB 6.0
project and when I go to insert the OLE object the icons will not display on
the form. Anyone know if there is a bug or patch to have the icons appear on
the form?
