OLE in Forms

Hi There,

I am using Access 97

I have an OLE field that I have inserted a pictures into:

Insert + Object + Browse + Choose File + Ticked Link
NB. Have not ticked Display as icon.

I always thought that if I did not tick Display as icon it
would show the actual picture on a form. It is only
showing the icon at the moment.

My collegue has the same database but hers is showing up
as the picture.

I have checked the Form Properties for both and cannot see
any difference.

Please help???
