OLE Object Data type (Package & Bitmap image)

Hi,

I have created a database that holds staff details & photos in order to
produce ID cards. This work fine on my PC (running Access 2003) but when I
try to attach photo's on my administrators PC (identical & running Access
2003!) I get package in the OLE object field as opposed to Bitmap image. All
of the photos are .bmp files and we are running the same Dell laptops with
Office 2003 & Windows XP. I have tried all sorts (updates, changing the
default program for bitmaps etc...) to solve this problem but still can't
figure out why it is happening.

Can anyone help??
