OLE object insertion

Attempting to insert a bound OLE object onto a form.
Insert-Object-select Paint Shop Pro as application.
Response is that Paint Shop Pro is not registered. Have
reinstalled Paint Shop Pro 8 with negative results. Have
reinstalled Access 2002 also with negative reasults. I
am able to insert with Photo Shop and Photo Shop Elements.
