I have a report that prints out a lease of loaned
equipment. Most of the report consists of an embedded
Word document. Data fields overlay the Word document to
fill in info like name, address, etc.
It was originally created with Office 97 but has been
working fine with Office XP for over a year. I recently
made some changes to the wording of the Word document and
embedded the new document into the report.
The problem is: The modified portion prints fine on some
computers and is blank on others. The only difference I
have established thus far is, it works on computers with
XP as an operating system. It does not work on computers
running Windows 98.
I recreated the report from scratch and get the same
results.
Any other suggestions, ideas, thoughts, conjectures are
welcome.
Thanks.
