We have developed a popular application called EcoWin Pro. This application
use classical OLE to support embedded and linked charts that can used in
Office documents.
This works fine for Office 97, XP, 2000 and 2003, but with Word 2007, we
have a problem with the scale.
If have a linked or embedded EcoWin chart in a Word 2007 document and then
set the scale to say 50% (either change the scale with the mouse or use the
Format Object on the popup menu) it looks fine. But if the chart is then
updated, by for instance using the Update Link command on the popup menu, the
scale is changed to 100%.
We only see this problem in Word 2007. This works fine in all other Office
versions and also works fine in Excel 2007 and PowerPoint 2007.
