OLE objects not visible

A database contains a table in which it stores pictures
in an OLE field. These pictures used to be visible in my
forms and reports. For some reason all of a sudden it now
only displays the file name and not the actual picture in
both forms and reports.

Any suggestions as to how I can correct this.
