OLE Registration Error and OE-MSOE.DLL

[Clueless]

I am getting two types of error messages when I attempt to open Outlook, then when the error window closes so does Outlook.

One message states: "OLE Registration error - run setup again". I have run Office 2000 repair - it didn't work, so I uninstalled and reinstalled office 2000 again - Still the same error message.

I also get the message "OE-MSOE.DLL could not be loaded". And when I try to open Outlook express it will not open and the following error message appears: "Outlook Express could not be started because "MSOERES.DLL could not be found. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.

I have been using both these programs previously with no problem until now.

Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this problem?
