OLE registration error in 2000 Outlook!! HELP!!

OK when i open my 2000 Microsoft OUtlook i get an error
message that says: AN OLE registration error occured. The
program is not correctly installed. Run setup again for
the program

NOW i have run set up, reinstalled, uninstalled and then
installed back...I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING but nothing works.
All of my other Office 2000 applications still work but
Outlooks still does not PLEASE HELP
I run windows 98
