OLE registration error?

When i click in send & recieve iam getting OLE registaration error asking for
re-installed the office i tried more than three times but still iam getting
same error so please help me for resolve this issue?

Start->run, type "regsvr32.exe ole32.dll" and press okay. This should
reregister the object and get rid of the error message.
