OLE registration error

Since May 2003 I have been trying to fix my Outlook. I
receive a message: OLE registration error has occurred.
Reinstall.

I have re-installed, un-installed, re-installed, etc. a
number of times. I have downloaded and installed the SR-1
service packs.

I still get the same error----I don't know what to
do..please help!

Have you tried reinstalling Outlook Express?
