OLE registration problem in 2000 outlook? HELP!!!!!!!

I am unable to open my Microsoft outlook 2000. The
following error message pops up once i double click it.
OLE registration error has occured. This program is not
correctly installed. Run set up again for the program.
I have run set up again, uninstalled program, then
installed it back...tried to reinstall it, tried to fix
errors, and nothing works. All of my other Office 2000
products are working fine except for this one.
HELP!!!!
