OLE Registry problem with Outlook 2000

I use Outlook 2000 for my pda. When I reinstalled it, and
I have tried it several times, including reconfiguring
from Microsoft with a new version, I get the same error
message whenever I attempt to open Outlook 2000 on my
desktop. It starts to open and then gives a popup
dialogue that there is an OLE Registry error and run setup
again.

Any ideas for this frustrated user?
