OLE source doc - display file name on form

I have a form which displays fields from a table including
a field (OLEFile) which is an ole data type. The ole data
type holds embedded excel and adobe pdf files. How do I
create a text box on the form which will show the file
name of the ole embedded file?

I tried to use the OLEFile.Sourcedoc but it returns an
empty field.
