OLE (WINWORD) SERVER ERROR

I am trying to put an OLE object in a field that is WinWord Document and when the record is going to be commited I take an OLE SERVER ERROR. I have XP Windows and Office with all Service Pack. All the other Objects (Excel,WordPad,Paint) Working perfect with my Field except the WinWord. Can Someone give me an advice for that Problem?
