OLE won't print in color

I have inserted several linked Excel charts in a 30 page
Word doc (Office XP). Three of them are on the same
page. The charts are in color in Excel and appear in the
word doc in color, however, they will not print in color -
only B&W when I print the document using a color
printer. There are a some charts that print in color
while others do not?? Any ideas??

Hi Frank,

You need to take a look at the Excel files, go to File/Page Setup, and
on the Sheet/Chart tab make sure Black and White is not selected.

The odd thing about embedded or linked Excel worksheets is what you
see in Word, either in the document or Print Preview, is the screen
display of the worksheet. When you actually print then the Excel print
options are invoked.
