OLE WOrd Doc Updates

I have a Access report with a OLE object of a linked Word
doc. What I want to happen is if I change the word doc
(form word) that Access report is updated.

Now when I change th word doc (from within word) it
doesn't update automatically in MS access. I have the
link set to auto and it updates when I click on the repor
object and click update OLE.

Any help/hints is appreciated.
