We use Outlook 2k and XCH 2003 on our LAN. A user logged on this morning and
found most of the shortcuts that he had created were missing. The shortcuts
are folders that he created to sort emails, and onlt two of them appear
under his "Inbox" profile when he opens the Inbox folder. However, all of
the shortcuts appear in the "My Shortcuts" box at the left of the screen.
The two that appear in the inbox can be opened from any of the icons, but
the ones that only appear in the "My Shortcuts" box will not open and
display a message stating that the server is either not available or they
have been deleted.
Is there any way to look at where these files are stored to even see if they
are there (along with the ones that can be opened) or if they were deleted?
